These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the corporate cab services provided by NEETI TRAVELS ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Service Scope and Bookings

  • Service: The Company agrees to provide corporate transportation services, including chauffeured vehicles for pre-booked trips, transfers, and corporate rentals, as specified in the service agreement or booking confirmation.
  • Booking Procedure: All ride requests must be made through the agreed-upon method (e.g., our booking platform, email, dedicated phone line).
  • Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed upon the Company’s written acceptance and provision of a booking reference number.
  • Service Availability: Service is subject to vehicle and driver availability. We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill all confirmed bookings.

2. Client and Passenger Obligations

  • Punctuality: The Client and/or the designated passenger must be present at the agreed-upon pick-up location at the scheduled time. Waiting Time charges will apply as detailed in the payment section.
  • Conduct: Passengers must behave in a reasonable, disciplined, and decent manner. Any abusive behavior, use of prohibited substances, or damage to the vehicle may result in immediate termination of the trip without refund, and the Client will be liable for any damages.
  • Luggage/Belongings: The Client is solely responsible for their luggage and personal belongings. The Company is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items left in the vehicle.
  • Compliance: The Client must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the service.

3. Vehicle and Driver

  • Vehicle Standards: The Company is responsible for ensuring vehicles are regularly maintained, insured, and comply with all safety standards.
  • Driver Standards: Drivers must possess valid licenses and adhere to professional conduct standards, including following all traffic laws.
  • Substitutions: The Company reserves the right to substitute a booked vehicle with an equivalent or superior model if the original vehicle is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance, breakdown).

4. Fees and Payment

  • Charges: The Client will be charged according to the agreed-upon corporate rates, which may include base fare, per-kilometer charges, hourly rates, tolls, parking fees, and applicable taxes (GST, etc.).
  • Additional Charges: The Client will be liable for Waiting Time charges after a grace period of [15 minutes] and for any deviation from the agreed-upon route or duration requested by the passenger.
  • Invoicing: Invoicing and payment terms will be set forth in the separate corporate service agreement.
  • Non-Payment: Failure to pay invoices within the agreed terms may result in the suspension or termination of service.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company shall not be liable for any delays or cancellations caused by factors outside its control, including but not limited to, traffic congestion, road closures, strikes, natural disasters, or severe weather conditions.
  • In the event of a total service failure (e.g., no-show by the assigned driver without substitute), the Company's liability is limited to the full refund of the specific booking fee.
  • The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or missed appointments/flights.
